Issue with Personal Payment Method not showing after unmasking bank accounts

edited Sep 5, 2020 12:33AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 2 comments

Summary

Has anyone experienced employee Personal Payment Method no longer being visible after unmaksing the bank accounts

Content

I have an SR on this one, but wondering if anyone else had this issue.  We made a change through Manage System Security to unmask bank account numbers on employees (which was defaulted to last 4 digits previously).  However, now when we go through MyClient Groups/Manage Personal Payment Method, we no longer see the Personal Payment Method at all.  When we go to add a Personal Payment method, the bank account is visible.
