Adding Create Content Items function to the custom role

I have copied the Human Resource Specialist role and removed all unnecessary roles. Now edited role able to see manage talent model profiles and manage model profiles. 

Further I need to give access for creating content items. 

Let me know the relevant privileges or duty role to get the content times
