How to achieve Cross Column Calculation?

Hi All,

We have requirement for Bonus Plan where we are calculating Budget using ref of 3 columns

Budget=A*B*C in this for 'Budget' column we have used evaluation order as "1"

Whereas to calculate Payout we are using received Budget and another column value

i.e Payout= column D* Budget for Payout column we used evaluation order as "2"

now our requirement is If I enter column D value then my payout should calculate and vice versa. We tried with same evaluation order and reverse evaluation order also but it is not working.

has any one received this type of requirement and anyone achieved this, appreciate your help on this.
