My customer upgraded to 19D and opted for new feature "Apply internal Cost factors to Supplier Response".

We have opted new feature and followed below steps but Negotiation "Add Cost Factors" button not visible.

User has Category manager roles assigned that included "Apply Internal Cost Factors".
