We are looking to implement Total Compensation Statements (TCS) as a way for Employees and Managers to have an overview of the elements assigned to an employee.  

I have noticed that when a new element is awarded / or an existing element is updated, it is not immediately reflected in the TCS and the statement has to be regenerated. 

I am looking for guidance on the frequency with which to schedule the Generate Statements process and wonder what other customers are doing in this area.
