We have a manual approval configured prior to 19C and as per 19D changed the approval rules manually for Add/Delete/Cancel/Key Attribute Change goals
Approval Rule - Approve Performance Goal
Performance Goals.Legacy Key Attribute Updated - this is the one configured , but when i changed the goal description or category, approval is not firing for manager.
But when i used Performance Goals.Goal Updated - Even if i change goal comment, goal approval is firing which we are not expecting. Each time employee updates comment, approval email fires which ends up with more approval email to manager.
