Catalog archive file of modifications made to the UWyo system to include the account string on expense approval emails


After working with BSU and Oracle, we have been able to include the account string within approval email notifications. We needed to modify the data model to include the POET string and add a project indicator. The account string details were added to the subtemplate RFT file, FinExmNotificationSubtemplate. We had to opt-in to allow for configurable email notifications through Setup and Maintenance plus ensure "Enhanced Expenses HTML Approval Notification" within "Usability Enhancements for Expenses" was unselected.
