Offer Letters are not contextualized in Fluid

Hi,

I was testing the Offer creation process in Fluid Recruiting and I noticed that all Offer Templates are displayed in Fluid though the templates are contextualized based on the location. Has anyone encountered this issue and how are you creating offers in scenarios where there are multiple Offer letters for different locations?
