Skills and Qualifications Add Content Type LOV

New content type not come up on add content LOV

Hi All, 

I'm configuring on Skills and Qualifications. We can see the "Degrees" and "Languages" sections.

And We need to show up one more section in here which is "Membership" (We changed the membership context name as Employment History) but it's not coming up on the add content LOV although they have the same setups with degrees and languages.

We're on 19c by the way. Did we miss something? Do you have any documentation to configuring them correctly?
