I can't login my Oracle cloud account anymore

Hi there, I registered an Oracle cloud account on 18 September, the email is the same as my Oracle account, zqm840527@163.com, and the tenant is zqm840527.
A few days back when I tried to login my Oracle cloud account, the system indicates “Your account has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation.” Then I can’t login the system anymore, and I didn't receive any email from Oracle about this issue.
So I contact the cloud support online chat agent, and they can’t answer why this happened and don’t know how to solve it.
