Not able to find Response Repository.

In Oracle Sourcing, during award we can chose to copy supplier reponses to Response Repository.Also as per Oracle Document it says that we can see the history of responses.

But I am not able find location to view these reponses.

Can someone show me from where we can see these response repository?
