Hide Roll Back Action in View Process Results for Payroll Analyst Custom Role

Payroll Analyst Role is not allowed to do Roll Backs - we need to hide this action from Process Results

We have a custom role that does not have the ability to run the Roll Back process based on Payroll flow security.  However, when they view Process Results, they have in the action menu "Rollback".  How can we hide the rollback action from this specific customized security role?
