We are going to transition our recruiters from the ability to create their own questions per requisition to using the question library only to add pre-screen questions go a requisition. We need to build this in a way that recruiters can add the pre-screen question and potentially add details to it (if feasible). Additionally, we need to build this library in a way that permits our global team to easily navigate and locate questions. Today, we have over 100K questions. Going forward, we want to have minimal questions that are used. Can anyone share best practices they have regarding creating
