19D - Not able to search Review Population for Expats

Summary

19D - Not able to search Review Population for Expats in Talent Review

Content

Hi,

We have a concept called Expats, meaning employee Home record Assignment Status will be "Suspend Payroll Eligible" and Host Record will be "Active - No Payroll". In this case, employee 2 records in the system and performance review will be happen in Host Record.

While trying to include the person in Talent Review, person not came up in the Review Population Search. I realized Talent Review will look for Home Record with Active assignment status.

Is there anyway to bring the person (Expats) in the search criteria during scheduling talent review meeting.
