Not getting history of posting date until it expired

Hi Experts,

Kindly help me with below query.

I am trying to create an agency dashboard by calculating the posted duration.

In this case recruiter has posted the requisition multiple times. I am able to get the first posting date and last end date by using MIN and MAX function.

But for some requisition I am not getting the history. Attached the screenshot where recruiter has posted both the requisition multiple times. 

The main difference here is the requisition which doesn't have the history is still in the posted status. 

How do I get the first requisition posted date in this case?
