How to End date a Workspace which has already been released


We have created a workspace for writing rules for a model, released it , Rules are reflecting in Order Management after releasing it with an effective start date.

Now, i wanted to write some more rule for the same model  , in the same Workspace it did not allow me.So i created new workspace and added the model there and configured all rules, tested and released. 

Now, in Order Management , the old Workspace is reflected not the new one, I can not disable previous one. Both are Released now.
