Delay in step/status updates reflecting in Taleo

Severe delays to step status updates in Taleo impacting reporting

Hello

We have noticed some serious delays to automated step/status changes reflecting in Taleo. Examples include candidates accepting eoffer or automated progression triggers through the CSW.

Example:

Candidate accepts eoffer on 2nd October - however on the 4th October they are still appearing on reports as Offer - Extended. When we went to view the candidates record, in the candidate list view they were showing as Offer - Extended, however when we click into their submission they appeared to quickly update to Accepted. As if we need to click into the record to trigger the change.
