Hi!
I am using free tier instance of the Oracle Cloud... As I understand, there is no other way to get support besides posting to this forum - according to the FAQ.
I was checking console today and realized that monitoring is not working - it complains that "Maximum rate exceeded" and shows the following error message:
Monitoring is temporarily unavailablePlease try refreshing your browser before contacting support.
According to the announcement, there was an outage affecting OCI metrics on 10/25, but it is marked as resolved on 10/29...
Seems like the issue I am seeing is the result of that or something similar...
