Hi,
Does anyone have insight regarding the how the future looks regarding possibilities of uploading and creating for example new workers.
I think the functionality is good when you have one parameter of information, email for example. But when you are loading department things get way trickier. How is Oracle developing this functionality and are they looking on making things easier? A possible scenario for HR-employees might be that a company gets acquired or there is a merger. Larger companies might have talent programs with several hundred new employees in bulk. Mass updates and mass uploads are from my point of view more work than it necessarily has to be.
