Open Enrollment reinstate elections help

Content

Our Open Enrollment event is no longer reinstating elections after an ongoing life event is processed and OE is re-processed.

The schedule setup is using the 'Reinstate all if no electability change in life event' rule and has always worked in the past.

So far the Salary Change event is the ongoing event - with config setup at the plan level for a select group of plans.

I was thinking of changing the setting to 'Reinstate if electability exists for backed out result' but I cannot find any documentation that explains the difference in the reinstate rules
