User defined column in Calibration Worksheet display to be made mandatory

Hi Team,

We are defining some 5 user defined columns with lookup values in the Workforce Compensation - Manage Plans (Calibration). Worksheet display - Performance - Configure Worksheet Page layout - Detail table (tab) - User defined column. 

By any chance, can we make the user defined column as mandatory? I could not find anything in the column properties.
