Hi Everyone, 

We are planning to implement ORC next year.

We currently use Taleo's TSS to manage employee referrals via the Recommend Job option. The recommend job option permits our employees to share jobs via social media (Status Update), personal messages via social media, or a referral link they can share with friends and family. 

What are the options available in ORC that would support us continuing this approach in ORC?

Any guidance or help would be appreciated.
