Basic Profile Report

We are in the process of enabling candidates to create a basic profile via our career section, in the event they don't see an open position that matches their current background, experience and skills.

I am trying to create a report that will show how many candidates have created a basic profile in the system, so we can understand the take rate of our new (profile/application flow) and begin to analyze some of the data for potential sourcing activities.  I've not been successful in being able to pull the data.  I'm wondering if anyone has a similar process or would be willing to talk.
