Hiring Manager - restrict access to only requisitions they are involved in
Summary
Currently hiring managers are able to see all job requisitions and therefore all applicantsContent
When a hiring manager searches for job requisitions they are initially presented with a list of the requisitions which they are involved in, either as the hiring manager or a collaborator. However, by removing the filter (as shown in the attached screenshot), they can see all job requisitions, including one's for which they may themselves be a candidate.
Clearly, this is unacceptable and doesn't comply with either GDPR legislation or good practice.
So what is the best way of limiting the hiring manager's access to only those job requisitions they are involved with, and to only those candidates who have applied to those jobs?
