We have a web services integration from ServiceNow to Taleo, but are getting an error when a particular recruiter is used. 

I tried pulling an export out of Taleo on that recruiter's last name but did not see another account.

How can I find the duplicate account that is causing the error? I am attaching the export and the error message.
