Age Life Event has been triggered in prod
We are in middle of open enrollment. We can see that there are around 400 employees for which Age Life event has been triggered with effective date as 01/01/2020. This was not triggered as part of open enrollment but later as part of scheduled temporal life event process.
We want to know why the age life event has been triggered. Need urgent help. We checked randomly and none of the employee or contacts DOB is not coinciding with the life event occoured date.
