HCM/Fusion Zendesk Integration?

Hello,
Just a quick query, are there any methods to integrate HCM/Fusion to Zendesk? Any other customers achieved this or have a similar need?
For example, after running processes such as payroll processes which generate files which need to be sent to other colleagues via a workflow securely, is this possible?
A deeper example would be, if the payroll validation report shows some colleagues missing NI number, for the integration to start a workflow to follow-up actions to attain the missing data from colleagues.
