How to make budget notification working

Hello experts,

in compensation plan global settings I have enable Budget Notification.

However, when publishing budget for managers it doesn't work. Then, I have opened a Service Request and they told me to restart the HcmCompBudgetsNotificationsComposite as it is the workflow specifically for Budget notifications.

Where can I manage this process?
