Group's drill error

Hi everybody,

 

I created this analysis : 

It displays all of employees by country who have completed or is going to the Developpment Interview. This one is "America", I have "Asia" and "Europe" too. When I click on a number (for example, "2" in "Colombia" + "In Progress"), it goes on a new analysis (with a drill), which display the concerned employees (in the example, i'll see the 2 persons who don't have completed the interview). 

The problem is : when I click on the total's number (82 here), the drill displays all of the employees by the document's statut, but with all countries, not specifically the Americans countries.
