How can HR/Line Manager able to see the Enterprise onboarding checklists of the employee for pending

We have enterprise onboaring checklist getting triggered for action : Add pending worker and tasks are assigned. If HR/Line Manager wants to see the enterprise onboarding tasks how many are complemented or pending, how will they be able to see for the pending worker created

Please let me know if anyone has an idea
