Track hours for ACA requirements

Looking to find details to track hourly employees to see if they meet hours for ACA eligibility

Hi all, 

Client is outsourcing ACA administration, however, needs to create report to send the vendor employees hours worked/paid hours so they can track ACA hours threshold. 

Does anyone have/have experience with meeting these requirements?

Any insight is much appreciated!
