Hello Team,

We have configured a simple approval and this is for Job offer in ORC. It was working fine and post 19D, it started getting into loops like the same approver is getting approval requests many times even after approving. Or it gets completed at the transaction console but the status in the UI still shows as approval pending. 

Please let me know if you have come across this kind of an issue and how to fix this.
