Where I can configure the endorsement section in the candidate file? What it's for?

Hi all,

I would like to know where I can configure the endorsement section and which information should be entered. Can I configure it only for Recruiter side? I would need a space only for recruiter/recruiter agent where they can enter comments about the candidate.

Do you know if there is a free text field where the recruiter agent can write candidate evaluations? I can also consider other options.
