How to fetch Additional details/fields through Availability Pattern Endpoint URL

The Availability Patterns REST Endpoint (/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/availabilityPatterns), currently fetches "DateFrom" and "DateTo" only with date values.

1. Is there are way to fetch date along with TIME.
2. For the same endpoint there is an attribute “AvailabilityType”. Is there a DBI available for the same?

For a child URL, hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/availabilityPatterns/{AssignmentAvailabilityId}/child/shifts/{AvailabilityDetailId}

1. Is there a free text field available to fetch additional information, e.g. in case of an exception, the free text field can be used to capture the exact reason for the exception.
