Performance Process - Hide the evaluations displayed in the preview of the manager

Hi,

We are managing the performance module.

The roles involved in our performance process are:

Employee, Manager, Participant

Our process has not to permit that manager views the employee self evaluations displayed in the performance page, where the manager finds all the documents for his/her employees.

We have performed a customization in order to hide it.

In the attachment you can find the customization

Please, could you suggest us some potential consequences or warning about this?
