How to add instruction verbiage below "Career Statement"

Hello,

        We're getting ready to activate out the Skills and Qualifications option in our UI, but we'd like to add some brief instructions letting employees know what they should put in the Career Statement section, since this will be new to them.  I have an example screenshot below I found of a company that has added wording above and below the Statement section.  Does anyone know how this can be added?  I assume via Page Composer somehow, but I've only ever edited items through here, not added anything.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
