Invoking a process using the native start process capability does not produce a response

Summary

If we are calling a process using the native start process option in vbcs we aren't able to receive any result as if it is a success or failure.

I need to get the response whether the process invocation happened properly or not. If not then I can't track it unless we open the console that invocation failed. How can we tackle such a situation?
