Onbarding capturing licenses and certs from new hires

Is it possible to create an onboarding task for the hire to input the details for their required licenses/certifications, including the type of certification, issue date, and expiration date?
The hire must also upload a copy that will save to the job submission attachments tab. After the hire completes the task, the coordinator must review the details, revise/input additional data as needed, and run and upload a PSV as needed. After the coordinator completes the task, the data integrates into HRIS system.
Is anyone doing something similar to this process?
