How do I resize a photo that is coming from an OPA interview upload control into an RTF form?

Hello,

I have successfully set up an OPA form to bring in an uploaded photo from an interview as the form generates the PDF. However, it is quite large.  How do I resize or limit the size of the photo in the form using BI Publisher Desktop?
