    Unable to trigger notifications for Manager/HR with group by function in the template message section.

    Hi All,

    I have enabled Visa Expiration alert and able to send notifications to Managers.

    But the challenge here is if I keep group by function in the template(Message Section) then notifications are not getting triggered.

    And if I remove it then multiple emails are sent to Managers instead of listing all directs (visa expiration information) in a single email.

    Let me know if anyone has come across similar issue and fixed it.
