How to Validate the Phone County Code

Hi All,

Kindly help me how to achieve the following Scenario,

    In Account address, if  the County is US the Work Phone -Country code should be allowed to choose  "+1", same as if I select India as Country in Account Address the Work Phone Country code should allowed to choose"+91". In similar way i need to validate for all the countries with the respective Work Phone Country Code.
