Ownership for shared members in Alternate hierarchy and Main hierarchy when creating new entity

We added 2 new entities into main hierarchy (management structure) and shared entities to Alternate Hierarchy (legal structure). Ownership in the main hierarchy was set up be default as 100%, in alternate hierarchy was 0%. I have changed ownership in alternate hierachy to 100% in Nov-19. We started entities from Jan-13 till Nov-19 and locked periods again. Now when I want to run consolidation for alternate or main structure for Nov-19 I got below error:

Exception Details: Ownership Data changed in the last period of the prior year.Please copy ownership data from the last period of the prior year - Actual, FY18, Dec.
