Loading Emergency Contacts on Worker

Hi,

I'm trying to use HSDL to load emergency contacts for workers.

I have successfully made a template that creates a contact, but in that process is changes the name of the worker to the emegency contacts name. So I don't really know whats wrong here.

Have anyone had this issue before?

Please see my attached screenshot for selected attributes on the template.
