We have a requirement to display the Instance name as watermark in some of the BI Publisher report, (i.e) DEV, TEST etc... based on the instance name/URL. And also change the email/print logic based on the instance name (Prod vs Non-Prod)

We have some details in SYS_CONTEXT, what is the best way to get this information...
