Hi,

I am not getting any notifications when an error occurs in the Requisition workflow.

For the Requisition workflow, i did the below set up, however it does not seem to be working.

Notify these participants when error occurs to my email.

Do i need to do anything else.

As a system admin, i wish to proactively monitor all the requisition workflow errors.
