We have a requirement to enroll a person 'Manually' in a benefit plan when some occasion occurred for an employee.
For example : 1. An employee will be eligible for an Educational Assistance Plan when he has completed an educational qualification.
2. An employee will be eligible for Travelling Allowances when such occasion happened to that employee. This can not set to be automatically enrolled.
In such cases benefit administrator will enrolled that employee.
How can we set up such a case ?
