Content

We have learning initiatives setup and these ran and then we loaded employee’s training history and the status of these were marked as completed. So far so good.

However, the learning initiatives are now pushing the learning out again to the same individuals and marking it as completed as of a new date.

Why are the initiatives pushing learning out again, it should only push it out to the new people that are eligible for the initiative?

For example ‘LM - Equality and Diversity Essentials’ has been pushed out again on 9
