Requisition how can we remove columns from requisitions display only for manager user type ?

Hello ,

For the manager's display of requisitions - we would like to have the requisition COLUMNS display , remove only from the MANAGERS user types display few columns that are displayed under requisitions. For example - the 'Status details' column.   
This display to have it for all managers. (but for for examples recruiters user type - to have under requisitions all columns display including the 'status details'

How is it possible to perform that ?
