Add Work Relationship region to Create/Edit Offer page

Is it possible to add the work relationship region to the create/edit offer page? We have configured flexfields on the PER_PPS_DF felxfield that recruiter should enter that will be used as reference information by the HR specialist when processing an offer.
Ideally, we would like the recruiter to be able to enter the value for these fields and have it flow into Core HR
