Unable to Proxy as Line Manager based on Area of Responsibilty

Hello,

We currently have People Partners who have areas of responsibility, when adding the Compensation Manager Job Role to their data role they then have access to the Compensation Screens. 

However, when using proxy as line manager or viewing the people in Administer Workers, the employees load but when clicking on their we are presented with the message - You do not have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk. (FND-13)

Do Areas of Responsibility transfer over to the compensation workforce module? How do we let People Partners have access to the Line Managers workforce compensation sheets within their areas of responsibility?
